"The NeNe Foundation has blessed me by helping me with my freshman year of university and more. With random monthly check-ins to see how I do academically, mentally and physically made me realize that they are more than just a foundation. That they are your second family. They made me realize that I was never alone in which, if I needed help in any way that I should reach out to them. They make you feel as if you were one of them. They wanted to see me blossom into something bigger and better than what I'm doing right now.  I am working on projects that I should be doing my last year, not my first year. And from that it made me realize that I should always remember to believe in believe in myself because at the end of the day, there will always be people waiting for me to fall.
